Taking a 15-minute yoga break
Many think that you need the perfect time and space to practice yoga. But as long as you have yourself and a few minutes, you can get your yoga on. Taking a small break during your day to get a quick practice in is very beneficial.
A few sets of Sun Salutations, a quick seated sequence, or even a short meditation or breathing exercise can reset your day and mood. At work? Home with the kids? Stuck in traffic? Zoom call wearing you OUT? Take a moment or two for you to recenter and gain control of your mood. It doesn’t have to be long, only intentional.
